Vehicle Registration

All vehicles that regularly park at �� require registering your vehicle to an annual parking permit.

Permits are virtual and tracked via your license plate.
Activating a permit does not impact visitor passes, vendor passes, or existing parking fines.
If you wish to back into a spot, you must purchase a custom �� front plate from Parking Services and register it to your account.

Register Your Vehicle

Online activation for the upcoming academic year opens on August 1
- Annual permits expire every year on July 31.
Use your �� username and password to log in to the
- Student Example:
  - Login: jtdoe1234 (first letter of first name, first letter of middle name, first four letters of last name, last four of your student ID number).
  - Current Password or Initial Password if not changed yet: Last four digits of SSN plus two digit day of your birthday. Enter a 0 (zero) as the first digit of your day of birth if you were born on a day between the 1st and the 9th. Enter four 0’s (zeros) if you did not provide your SSN to the University.
- Faculty/Staff Example: Use your username and password that you use for your computer login.
After a successful login, read the Terms of Use and click “I Agree” then you’ll arrive at the home screen.
Select Permits type and then “Next”
Select “Add a Vehicle”
Enter correct vehicle information (Plate, State, Year, Make, Model and Color) and select “add Vehicle”.
If adding multiple vehicles, be sure to follow the “Add a Vehicle” step for each, and select “Next” then select “Add Permit to Cart”.
Check box to indicate service terms are agreeable.
Verify correct email address is shown and click “Checkout”
