- To see what your Learning Support requirements are, check the .
- Learning Support English requirements are listed in red with LS English Required.
- Learning Support Math requirements are listed in red with either LS Foundations Level or LS Corequisite Level.
- For more information about required coursework for each type of Learning Support requirement, check out the videos on our Learning Support Explained webpage.
- If you have taken ACT or SAT and have not submitted your scores, doing so will not affect your acceptance and could exempt you from your Learning Support requirements. Please send a screenshot of your individual (not combined or superscore) to learning.support@ung.edu for review.
- If you do not have SAT/ACT scores or those scores are not high enough to exempt you from Learning Support, take a placement test! 天美社区 offers two placement test options.
- Accuplacer
- If you have Learning Support English or English AND Math requirements, take the Accuplacer! Go to the page for links to the Testing Center test sessions.
- To prepare for the Accuplacer, check out the tips on our Placement Test Practice webpage. To determine which test/s to practice for, look under your Learning Support requirements for the red Yes. Students with Learning Support English will take the Accuplacer WritePlacer (English/Writing) and the Accuplacer Reading Comprehension tests. Students with Learning Support Math will take the Accuplacer Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics (QRAS) test. All required tests are taken during one test session.
- ALEKS
- ALEKS is available for students with Learning Support Math requirements. This placement test does not require an appointment with the Testing Center. You can learn more about ALEKS. Email learning.support@ung.edu for the proctor password.
