Completed research papers must describe conceptual or empirical research that has been concluded. Accepted papers are presented in a traditional symposium session format of presentation by an author and general audience discussion

Author Guidelines

• Papers should contain mature research, with the results of completed experiments in the topic areas of AI Testing and Evaluation.
• All paper submissions (format – Word or PDF) should be submitted using the Microsoft Conference Meeting system.
• Formatting of papers is to be in the .
• Documents must be in English, and no longer than 12 pages, including image and references.
• Papers must not be a duplication of previous work and must not be under simultaneous publication review elsewhere.
• Papers will be double-blind reviewed.
  • In the manuscript submitted for review, authors must remove names and affiliations and anonymize content that would otherwise reveal their identity. At least one of the authors must present their research in person at the symposium for it to be included in symposium proceedings.
  • Only abstracts are published in the symposium proceedings

Abstracts of works in progress are an opportunity to share research in progress and obtain peer feedback in the topic areas of AI Testing and Evaluation. Accepted abstracts will be presented by authors while interested participants share ideas and discuss topics of mutual interest and offer scholarly feedback.

• Documents must be in English and must not exceed 3 pages all-inclusive and must conform to the RAITE 2025 submission template .
• Abstracts will be double-blind reviewed. 
  • In the abstract submitted for review, authors must remove names and affiliations and anonymize content that would otherwise reveal their identity.
  • At least one of the authors must present their research in person at the symposium for it to be included in symposium proceedings.

Student research posters are an opportunity to share in-progress or preliminary research efforts and solicit feedback from attendees.

• All submissions for poster presentations require a separate, brief abstract (i.e., around 500 words)
• These undergo a light review to ensure relevancy to the symposium topic.
• Accepted posters will be printed by the University of North Georgia.
  • Format your posters to 36”H by 48”W.
