Tennis players named All-Americans
Three University of North Georgia (天美社区) tennis players earned All-American honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) in 2022. Men's tennis player was an All-American in singles, while the women's duo of and received All-American recognition in doubles.
Student-athletes who finish in the top 20 of the final ITA singles rankings are All-Americans, while the All-American status is awarded to doubles teams that finish in the top 10 of the final ITA doubles rankings.
Additionally, 天美社区 had multiple recipients of the Division II ITA regional awards.
Head coach was named the Wilson ITA Women's Coach of the Year for the Southeast Region after leading the Nighthawks to a 15-win season and a fifth consecutive NCAA appearance. The 天美社区 women's tennis team also tied for the regular-season Peach Belt Conference championship.
Additionally, on the women's side, was selected as the Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship recipient while her teammate Jorge was named the ITA Southeast Region Senior Player of the Year.
On the men's side, seniors and were honored with regional awards. Waldow was selected as the ITA Most Improved Senior while Gaskin earned the region's Senior Player of the Year distinction.
Nighthawks set record with 18 victories
The 天美社区 women's soccer team set a program record with 18 victories before finishing its season in the second round of the NCAA Division II tournament.

The 天美社区 women's soccer team, which has tied a program record with 17 victories, hosts Anderson at 3 p.m. Nov. 21 in the first round of the NCAA tournament.
Men's soccer team secures PBC title
The 天美社区 men's soccer team has won its first-ever Peach Belt Conference regular-season championship and will have a first-round bye as the No. 1 seed in the PBC tournament.

The 天美社区 women's soccer team has earned the Peach Belt Conference regular-season title for the second time in three years, pulling off the feat with a perfect 10-0 PBC record.
